Privacy Policy
Understanding the personal information you share and how we handle it.
Your personal information deserves thoughtful care. This policy explains what you share with us, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.
Information We Collect
The consultation form asks for your name, email address, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. If your birth time is approximate, please tell us. We request only the personal details needed to prepare your reading and arrange your personal consultation.
How We Use Your Information
Your details help us prepare your personalised Vedic horoscope analysis and arrange your consultation. They are available only to the astrologer and those assisting with your booking. Access is limited to what each person needs to provide the service and respond to your questions.
What We Don’t Do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your consultation details are never used for unsolicited marketing or spam. Information is used only to provide your requested service and address questions relating to your consultation.
Birthplace Suggestions
When Google Places suggestions are enabled, the text you type in the Place of Birth field is sent through our server to Google to find matching places before payment. You can also enter your birthplace manually. We do not save these searches or suggestion lists in booking records; the five completed form fields are saved only after verified payment. Temporary request counters help prevent misuse. Google's Privacy Policy applies to its processing of these searches.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the personal information you provide. Access is limited to the astrologer and those assisting with your consultation. Please share only relevant details. For privacy questions, corrections, or requests about your information, contact our support team directly at rashifal@hotmail.com.
Data Retention
Consultation details are normally kept for up to 30 days after your session, then removed from active records. Information needed for legal obligations or an existing dispute may be retained longer. Any backup copies are kept only for necessary security and legal compliance purposes.
